The mission is of the Planning Board is to serve as the Land Planning Agency for the City Commission. The board will advise the commission on the Land Development Code and updating of the Comprehensive Plan in order to meet the present and future needs of the city. The board will review site plans, sub-division plans and other development plans for consistency with the Comprehensive Plan and land development regulations and will conduct public hearings as may be needed.
