Revising the official zoning map of Appendix “A” of said code, Commonly known as the Zoning Ordinances by amending the zoning classification for a parcel of land located in Section 9, Township 25, Range 37 being a portion of vacated rights of ways of Country Club Drive and Minutemen Causeway as shown on the plat of Cocoa Isles Country Club as plat recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 9, public records of Brevard County, Florida, lying northwest of the intersection of said rights of way from GU (General Use) to RS2 (Single Family Residential) classification
