NEW WEBSITE REPORTING SYSTEM

The City of Cocoa Beach is pleased to announce a new function on the website for reporting garbage pick-up issues. Under the tab "How do I.." citizens will find a menu item that says "Report- Garbage pick up problems". If you will click on this you can report any trash or garbage pick up issues you are experiencing. The report will go directly to Waste Management and also the corresponding City department. This feature allows not only Waste Management to correct the problem but also allows the City department to follow the progress of the issue from beginning to resolution.

This new feature will further provide the citizens of Cocoa Beach the best possible garbage and trash pick up.
