Please be advised that the City of Cocoa will be closing 4th Street North from North Orlando Avenue to North Brevard Avenue on Tuesday, September 19th to repair a broken water line. As a result, the SCAT bus (and all traffic) will be unable to turn right onto 4th Street North from North Orlando Avenue to get to the Cocoa Beach Library. This closure may only be for two days.
