The City of Cocoa Beach is no longer the holder of the citation once it is handed over to the Clerk of the Court, therefore not allowed to take payments. If you fail to appear for your hearing, a trial will be conducted in your absence. There may be a No-Show fee assessed in addition to the original fine and court costs.
