No, the pay stations do not give change. All over-payments are non-refundable.
STEP 1: Insert your credit card. STEP 2: Follow the instructions on the screen to select time (select MORE TIME to increase time OR select LESS TIME to decrease time). STEP 3: Follow the instructions on the screen to accept the transaction.
The City’s system is paperless and the data is electronically stored. Parking enforcement will be able to see your payment on their equipment or via the Passport-Parking App.
If you need a receipt, go to My Parking Receipts website 24 hours after you have used our system.
This will be determined by the space or lot in which you have parked. Please refer to the signage by the Pay Station or in the Lot in which you have parked. Our current Day Rate is $10 for all areas except Shepard Park, Fischer Park, and the garage. Please note that parking sessions ends at 11:59 pm and there is no overnight parking allowed.

Press the “Cancel” button on the Pay Station. Then try your transaction again. If you receive a "Card Unreadable" notice please try a different form of payment or use the Passport Parking App. Instructions for the app use can be found on the side of the Pay Station. The City requests that you call City of Cocoa Beach Finance Department at 321-868-3221 to report the out of order machine. To locate the Pay Station in question please provide the number of the closest parking spot to the Pay Station.
Yes, a vehicle with a displayed valid handicap placard or tag is allowed to park in any space without paying. Please be sure that your placard is hung from the rear view mirror. Refer to City Resolution #2016-10 for more information. Vehicles with handicap placards or tags may not park unlawfully - in loading or bus zones, at a yellow curb, in a no parking or handicap space, on sidewalks or blocking fire hydrants and private driveways, etc. These violations are be enforced 24 hours/7 days.

You may park your Motorcycle or Scooter in any legal space, you will need to pay at the Pay Station for the space. Parking on any area with diagonal lines is not permitted.
