BMPs or Best Management refer to everyday practices that achieve better water quality, at a minimum cost.  These small cultural changes help keep stormwater runoff away from our waterways.  Whether you are hosing down a greasy kitchen pan outside or blowing leaves into a nearby street or canal - your actions are having a downstream effect on local fisheries and the Lagoon.  Some BMPs are business specific, others everyone - business and residents alike - should follow.
