How to do business with the City

Interested in City Projects? Click on the "City Bids" tab. The City of Cocoa Beach requires vendors and service providers to register when doing business with the City.  To register, complete the following: Vendor Registration Form.

Local Businesses will be given preference within certain limitations. Bids for products and services will be awarded to a local vendor when the local vendor's bid is within 1% of the non-local low bid. Local vendor preference applies only to vendors located within the City limits and duly licensed and authorized to engage in the business for which the bid is submitted.  Local vendor preference does not apply to purchases exempt from competitive bidding,  goods or services not meeting specifications, vendors with past performance and delivery problems or when the City Manager otherwise determines that it is not in the City's best interest.
