Professional Experience:  Thirty years small business owner in Massachusetts.  Two years small business owner in Cocoa Beach.  Brightwaters land use committee member.  Cocoa Beach Citizens Academy.   Chairman of Cocoa Beach Planning Board.

Why do you feel you are a good Candidate?
I have been going to most commission meetings for the past 4 years and I believe I have become very informed on the city issues.  With my experience as a Cocoa Beach planning board member for the past two years, I believe I have gained the experience necessary to make a difference in the city of Cocoa Beach.

What do you like about the City?
Other than location, location, location, Cocoa Beach probably has more recreation within the city than any other small town I have ever visited.  The city has excellent police and fire, as well as other city staff, which was demonstrated during hurricane Frances.

What would you like to change about the City?
I would like to get Cocoa Beach landscaped.  This has been a top Commission goal for many years.  Now is the time to get it done.

New public safety facilities are needed.  That to build and how to pay for them will be a big issue for the next Commission.

The City should start using prisoners and community service people to help clean up the City.

The City Manager should present to the Commission, cost and time tables on all projects that the City Staff does.
