Be sure that both the Candidate and the Campaign Treasurer sign the Campaign Treasurer Report Summary Page |
Expend anonymous contributions. Amount of contributions must be reported and donated to a charitable cause at the end of the Campaign |
Report all information required on the Treasurer Report Form. Missing information will result in an amendment request from the City Clerk |
Accept contributions less than five days prior to an Election in which the Candidate has opposition |
Submit Treasurer Reports by the Due Date |
Make, solicit or accept contributions in a building owned by a government entity |
