Accept contributions or make expenditures until filing the Appointment of Campaign Treasurer and Designation of Campaign Depository
Make sure the Campaign Account is separate from any personal or other account and used only for campaign purposes
Make expenditures in excess of contributions
Imprint campaign checks with the statement "(Name of Candidate) Campaign Account ...for Seat #___
Accept contributions in excess of legal limits
Report Occupations or Prinicipal Type of Business for all contributions over $100
Accept cash contributions in excess of $100
Report Total Petty Cash Withdrawn and Total Petty Cash Spent for Each Reporting Period
Fax Campaign Treasurer's Reports
Be sure that both the Candidate and the Campaign Treasurer sign the Campaign Treasurer Report Summary Page
Expend anonymous contributions. Amount of contributions must be reported and donated to a charitable cause at the end of the Campaign
Report all information required on the Treasurer Report Form. Missing information will result in an amendment request from the City Clerk
Accept contributions less than five days prior to an Election in which the Candidate has opposition

Submit Treasurer Reports by the Due Date

Make, solicit or accept contributions in a building owned by a government entity
