Attend the upcoming meeting for Relay For Life. Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society's leading fundraising event. It's an event to celebrate our community's cancer survivors, and to remember those we've lost to cancer. This walk is unlike any other walk, with teams walking the track at Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High to show their support and to raise money to fight cancer. If you would like to learn how you can become involved, please come to the Team Captain meeting this Tuesday, December 13th, at 6 pm at the Cocoa Beach Public Library. Everyone is invited to attend. Enjoy some nice holiday food, fun door prizes, and learn how the American Cancer Society benefits the local community, and how you can be involved in this event. The Relay For Life will take place Friday and Saturday, April 7 & 8th at the Cocoa Beach Jr. Sr. High football field. Please go to www.cancer.org for more information on Relay For Life. |
