Emily Hain, a Certified Yoga Instructor, will teach Gentle Hatha Yoga on Mondays, at 2:00 PM July 7th through August 18th at Cocoa Beach Public Library. This is a safe, fun, relaxing and non-competitive class. Cost is $5.00 per session. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel or a mat. iRest –Guided Deep Relaxation and Visualization Class with Emily Hain, Mondays, 6:30-7:30, July 7th through August 18th. iRest has been used by the U.S. military as an adjunctive therapy for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). Emily has received advanced teacher training in this technique. Cost is $15.00 for the series of $3.00 drop-in. |

SAVE YOUR HOME FROM FORECLOSURE WITH DONALD BITTAR AT COCOA BEACH PUBLIC LIBRARY Donald Bittar, President of Associated Mortgage of North America, will give a 45 minute informational presentation entitled Save Your Home from Foreclosure, and answer questions about foreclosure on Wednesday, July 23rd at 7:00 PM at Cocoa Beach Public Library in the Jane von Thron Room. Please register at the sign up table. Mr. Bittar has taught personal and financial management at several colleges and universities, and is a frequent speaker at the National Association of Mortgage Bankers and National Council of Savings Institutions. He received his MBA from Long Island University, and will be teaching a course at the College of Business, Florida Institute of Technology in the fall. |

People in Print presents a book reading and signing with Sean Carswell, , who will introduce and sell his latest novel Train Wreck Girl, Sunday, July 27th at 2:00 PM. In a wry, but hilarious vein, Carswell tells the tale of one man's quest to figure out what to do with his life now that it's too late for him to die young. |

There is an Artisan's Market this Wednesday (July 30, 2008) at Juice-n-Java Cafe in downtown Cocoa Beach from 5 'til 8pm. Grab a friend and come enjoy Juice-n-Java's wine & beer bar, an array of appetizers and some good summertime fun. This is your chance to buy directly from the artists and help support the arts in Cocoa Beach. There will be some new and old faces setting up their work..... Pam Werneth of Jewelry by Pam, sterling silver handcrafted jewelry; Wahine Splash by Jenn Monda, bath and spa products with an Hawaiian flair; Lori Prell of Black Dog Gallery, paints funky mermaids and tropical art; Severine Napper of Light Up Your Life, handmade chandeliers and table lamps; and Photography by Debbie Tweedie. |
