People in Print welcomes back best selling spy novelist Daniel Silva, for a book talk and signing, Saturday, August 8th at 2:00 PM. Easy Hatha Yoga with Emily Hain, Wednesdays, 10:30 AM, through August 19, $5.00.

Fridays, Fit Seniors and Baby Boomer Exercises with Marilyn Mileski, through August 7th at 2:00 PM. Cost is $3.00 per session. Stretch, walk, and lift hand weights with a great relaxation at the end.
