Capt. Foster, is a U.S. Coast Guard Approved Captain. Learn about tackle, lures and techniques from this professional fishing guide. Shawn, a classical and jazz guitar player, is locally known as the “Fishin’ Musician”.

Needle point holders will be available for $7.00, as will plastic oriental containers for $4.00. Ikebana is the art of arranging flowers and branches in a three dimensional design emphasizing beauty and simplicity. It evolved in Japan over seven centuries. Rummage Sale - Cocoa Beach High School Project Graduation, Class 2010, 8AM-3PM, First United Methodist Church ______________________________________ Interpretative Canoe Trip to Thousand Islands Scheduled COCOA BEACH, Fla. -- The Merritt Island/Beaches Area of Brevard County Parks and Recreation will host an interpretive canoe trip to the Thousand Islands on Friday, March 19th. A knowledgeable guide will paddle along with participants while pointing out Florida's native flora and fauna and discussing some of the history and importance of the Thousand Islands. Tours will launch from Ramp Road Park in Cocoa Beach at 9:30 a.m. and return around 11:30 a.m. The cost to attend is $10 and pre-registration is required. Florida author Tom Lowe, whose writing style has been compared to John D, MacDonald, will have a book signing on Wednesday, March 31st at 6:00 PM. He will introduce his second mystery, The 24th Letter, featuring retired investigator Sean O’Brien. When Father John Callahan hears the confession of a frightened prison inmate, he learns that a man facing lethal injection is innocent. The lead investigator on the case, his friend Sean O’Brien, is still haunted by the case. The 24th letter in the Greek alphabet—Omega—may provide the key to uncovering the killer’s identity.
