Executive, Shade meeting. This closed executive session is not open to the public. The closed executive session is expected to last approximately sixty minutes. Under the provisions of Section 447.605(1), Florida Statutes, a limited exemption from Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, exists for discussions between the chief executive officer (the City Manager) of a public employer (City of Cocoa Beach) and the labor negotiating committee, including the legislative body of the public employer (City Commission) relative to collective bargaining.
