COCOA BEACH GOES LIVE WITH ONLINE PERMITTING!
Effective June 15, 2020, the Cocoa Beach Development Services Department will begin to accept applications for building permits and business tax receipts, as well as land use/rezoning and planning action applications online.
A link on the City’s website will lead to the public portal for this service. Please note that there are many online resources to assist the applicant as they navigate the system. Just look for the “question mark” icon on the page that you are working on. If you continue to have issues submitting your application, you may call the City at 321-868-3298 for assistance. We would ask that you try the online help prior to calling the City.
While there is always a learning curve with new software, this is nothing new as most of the regular customers already use some type of online/electronic submittal software in other municipalities and counties. We look forward to a short learning curve and to the ability to serve the residents and construction industry better.
