New Yard Waste Collection Guidelines - From Waste Management
Small Loose Yard Waste
Piles such as palms fronds, tree branches, leaves shall be placed in the new yard waste cart.
Large, Loose Yard Waste
Piles 3 cubic yards, about the size of a picnic table (3x6) will be picked up by different collection vehicle every other week.
Bulky Waste
Furniture, large boxes, mattresses, etc - anything too large to get in the yard waste card or is larger than 3 cubic yards - customer must call Waste Management at 321-636-6894 or email CentralFloridaService@wm.com to schedule pick up. Fees will be associated with this service. Fees are based on cubic yard of bulky waste.

Each of these companies for a fee will come to your location and haul away your BULK waste (ie furniture, large boxes, mattresses, and anything too large to fit in a cart). The City is not recommending any company just providing a list in alphabetical order of local companies that will pick up BULK items for a fee.

Process includes WM providing an estimate, then send a truck for pick up and the customer must pay for the service by credit card at the time of the pick-up.
