Code Enforcement
Code Enforcement Officers respond to neighbors' complaints, telephone complaints and routine patrols. To inquire if a code violation exists, or to report a code violation, contact the Code Enforcement unit at 321-868-3296.

Code Enforcement
Some of the common code violations are:
- bulk trash
- tall grass (City Code Sec. 10-22)
- inoperable vehicles - expired tag (City Code 15-23.1)
- no building permit, trash and debris (City Code Sec. 10-22)
- loud noise (City Code Sec. 15-22.)

Code Enforcement
Code Enforcement applies local laws and ordinances only. Disputes involving violations of deed restrictions, homeowners or property owners' rules and regulations or any other violation not covered by the City's Code of Ordinances are not handled by Code Enforcement.

Code Enforcement violations which require time to comply, or are complicated in nature, are usually taken before the Code Enforcement Board for resolution. The Magistrate meets on the second Wednesday of the month at Cocoa Beach Country Club; their agendas may be viewed under the City Hall / meetings, heading on this website.
