    1. Complete site plan
    2. Complete parking plan - including property owner approvals
    3. Sanitation site plan (trash and portable toilets). Number determined by the City
    4. Dune protection plan (if required)
    5. Letter from upland owner authorizing the event at their location, if required
    6. If needed per ordinance, copy of letter/postcard notifying surrounding businesses and/or residents
    7. Proof of insurance naming City of Cocoa Beach as an additional insured

    *City determines security number - Police and Fire
13. Documents needed prior to issuing Special Event Permit

    1. All of the above documents on file
    2. Turtle Permit (March 1 - November 1)
    3. Proof of Temporary Business Tax Receipts for vendors
    4. All City fees paid
15. Event Promoter Requirements

    1. Schedule building inspection, as needed
    2. Schedule Fire inspections, as needed
    3. Schedule lifeguards through Brevard County, as needed
17. Post Event

    1. Remove all signs and banners within 24 hours of event completion
    2. Clean up of event area immediately after completion of event
    3. Remove trash cans, portable toilets within 24 hours or the Monday following the event if event ends on Saturday, Sunday, or holiday
